I have owned two Hummers and always take it in for service at Kachina Cadillac. I work with Service Writer James Somers. What an outstanding Service Writer! I had two issues this past week with my Hummer and, as always, James was friendly when he greeted me and listed to my concerns. James arranged a rental car for me. Like he always does, James called me once the repairs were complete. As a repeat customer, Kachina Cadillac is lucky to have James Somers representing them in the Service Department! I recommend everyone work with James when you take your car into Kachina Cadillac! More

I used the dealer's webpage to schedule a service appointment. After not hearing back from anyone for 1.5 business days (2.5 if you count Saturday), I called and scheduled an appointment with Marty. appointment. He got me in the same day and completed my warranty work to my great satisfaction. I have to admit that I was frustrated that the online service appointment scheduling tool did not work (even though I immediately received an email querying my satisfaction with the online appointment scheduling tool), Marty turned a negative experience into a positive one.
