Routine Oil Change I Scheduled my appointment with Ricky for my Civic's routine oil change. I actually ended up being late and when I called the nice woman I spoke with I Scheduled my appointment with Ricky for my Civic's routine oil change. I actually ended up being late and when I called the nice woman I spoke with told me to just bring it on in and they would gladly still take care of me. So upon arrival I was still greeted and was promptly brought my advisor Ricky. Wonderful experience I even got my tires rotated for cheap and they topped off all my fluids with their complimentary multi point inspection. I can use my windshield washer fluid again. It was okay I had an okay experience. The oil change took a while. The advisor called me instead of looking for me in the waiting area when my car was done. She d I had an okay experience.
