Great Customer Service! I recently took my Honda in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. I have never been to this location and did not know what to expect. I was greeted by my Service Advisor Stephanie Forder and felt instantly welcome. She was very professional and made sure I was taken care of while my car was being serviced. When my car was ready I received a phone call from Stephanie. My car was serviced and ready to go, along with a complimentary car wash. I will return in the future! More

Stephanie Forder in the Service Department is amazing! She's friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. She made me feel comfortable asking her anything about the service, even when my questions is amazing! She's friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. As a first time car buyer, the process was long but Thomas Daniels, my salesman, was very respectful and mindful of my needs and budget. He made sure we took a nice test drive of my 2015 Honda Civic ex sedan and worked with Kelly, the sales manager, on getting my proposed price and upgrades. Go see Thomas Daniels if you come in! He then smoothly glided me into the finance office. I then met with Ron sedakis, a reputable top of the line finance manager. He has been in the business for over 30 years. Not only did he upgrade my warranty and shave off more money from the price, he also managed to get me an unbeatable interest rate as a first time buyer and got me a 0 dollar deductible.. absolutely fantastic for a 22 year old's first financing and loan offer! Patient and understanding staff! Just last week I took my mom in to purchase a vehicle. We went in asking for Robert Speer as I bought a car from his a year ago but he wasn't working Just last week I took my mom in to purchase a vehicle. We went in asking for Robert Speer as I bought a car from his a year ago but he wasn't working that day so Ernrique, Sam and "The Giant" helped my mom with what she was looking for. She was very nervous and asking many questions over and over again. Never did Enrique nor the other sales associates assisting her ever lose their patience with her. She was literally there for a about 7-8 hours just thinking about it. She finally signed and the file was taken to finance. In finance we were treated the same as we were in the sales side BUT with the difference that we were in and about in about 10 minutes! I wholeheartedly recommend EARNHEARDT HONDA in Avondale! The staff is courteous, patient and will work with you on what you want. I am definelty going back when it's time for a new vehicle and I will keep sending people their way! More
