But, with our old toyota van being totaled in an accident, my wife and I decided to buy a new van. We planned on keeping the new vehicle for many years so we weren't concerned about depreciation. We had liked our other toyotas (a truck too) so we felt confident in looking again to this make of auto. It began with my internet query into a van price which was received by abby. She was very nice, cordial and answered all of my questions quickly and candidly. After making an appointment with Abby, I ventured with my whole family to the dealership. Nate and Abby were incredible. To my surprise, I have never had any sales experience better than the one with Nate and Abby. Nate had a wealth of knowledge about the van we were interested in. He easily handled all of the questions I posed. I was amazed at how relaxed I felt during the whole process. I didnt feel like I needed to get out of the dealership. There were no feelings of sticker anxiety. I felt completely at home and it was all due to Nate and Abby. I was having a good time and buying a car. Imagine that! When it came to bargaining for a price, I came away confident that the negotiated price was one I could live with. It was a fair price. My wife and I were so pleased with our purchase that we told our good friends about it. They, too, were in the market for a new van. We gave them Nate and Abby's number and sure enough. Since 2004 we have been loyal customers to Jon Lancaster and would definately go back when we're in the need of another car. The salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly and that doesn't end when you dri and would definately go back when we're in the need of another car. Follow up calls from the salesperson is just a little bite of attention that make you feel they really care. The people serviceing the cars are the same way. Very friendly and they make sure that you're completely satisfied. Right now both cars are under "recall" and I have no objection to driving them "as is" I had an incident with the Prius, excellerating after passing up some cars, but after trying to stop the car with the brake, I put my foot (toe part) under the gas pedal and forced it up and the car resumed normal speed. Since making sure that the floor mats are pushed back all the way, I have had no problem. (I never thought of calling my husband to say good-by, like the woman on TV. I was too busy trying to think of ways to stop it. Different folks, I guess) More
