From the very start, Tony at Easterns Automotive gave us a very positive experience. When we walked up, he was outside and greeted us warmly, asking if we had an appointment. We didn't, so he took us in right away to talk with us and find out what we were looking for. Then he explained all of the steps and began to walk us through the paperwork. As we were finishing that, he went to find us a car that fit our criteria: a sedan, good gas mileage, decent miles, NO red cars, and something that fit our budget. He picked a 2011 Toyota Corolla that was exactly what we wanted. The financing put it in our range, and even after considering a few other cars, we went with his first choice for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Now, I'm loving my car and want to thank Easterns and Tony for a great exerience!

I plan on recommending this dealership and this sales representative to everyone I know because of the positive experience I had. Michael Johnson was very knowledgeable and made the process very very easy. He made myself and my husband very comfortable, he was very friendly, and polite. I told him what I wanted and he came through with no problem. We have worked with other dealers in the past that stated one thing over the phone with my husband, but when we got to the dealership is was something else completely. Not this dealership! I was so happy when I left that I have every intention of returning to make another purchase in the future. Hopefully Michael will still be there! Overall, I had a great experience. Definitely the best of all the dealers I'v been to. Superb customer service from the Staff. They really WORKED will me to find a car / price that fit my financial situation. I would definitely recommend Easterns to anyone.

My salesman Mr. Kenneth Canterbury is the best. He has been working patiently with me since December 2012. My experience with Eastern has always been great. Mr. Ali is a great manager. Mr. Canterbury is well educated in his job and he walked me through the entire process. After not being able to purchase my vehicle in December he did not stop trying. Every time he got something he thought I could afford or would be interested in he would call me, not hassle me. I will buy my next suv in 2014 from Mr. Canterbury. I wish I could buy a suv every year from him because on my visit I really felt very special treatment. He is the greatest ask my grandson and my great-grand daughter who is enjoying our Lincoln MKT.

We walked in the door not knowing what to expect. Guy Lewis sat down with us and answered all our questions. I didn't really know what I wanted so I had him walking all over the dealership, but he didn't seem to mind at all. He was respectful, humorous, and very helpful in every aspect. Once we found the car that I liked, I went on a test drive and fell in love with the car. People stare at the car everywhere my husband and I go. It is a beautiful vehicle. I bought a 2012 Dodge Charger and I'm very happy with it.
