Only complaint is that the car had come in the day before and they had yet to detail it before putting it up on their website and letting anyone test drive it. We waited at the dealership for it to be detailed after we bought it for what seemed like a couple hours. While we were told it was a three hour job that they were trying to speed up they missed a bunch of things (several stickers on the windshield) that I ended up seeing the next day. Besides waiting forever for something that should have been done before they let people drive the car, it was a good experience with Martin and the man who was doing the money end with the talking button he has you press when you're done. I can't quite remember his name, but he was friendly and the process was quick and easy. Got the exact car I wanted after shopping around - sounded in way better shape than the same version a Carmax and had less miles and even cost less. More

AFTER PURCHASING my vehicle, his service was just as impressive. His follow-up was prompt and courteous. In addition, he verbally agreed to provide me with vehicle manuals that were not available at the time of sale. Approximately a week later, the manuals arrived in my mailbox. Furthermore, I experienced an issue with my audio system’s update. Matt assured me the situation would be addressed and referred me to Colin Fleisher, the Service Manager and one of the best service technicians I have met to date. Colin explained, in layman’s terms, the problem and more importantly, how it would be resolved. A few hours later, I was back in my vehicle, perfectly satisfied, and on my way. Jason was friendly and provided good customer service during and after the purchase. The only thing that I would say the dealership needs to do better is presenting cleaner cars on the interior. Once the purchase was final, I thought they would take care or scraping the sticky film from the windows. However that wasn't the case. I had to clean it off with a razor. Also simple stains that took me 30 seconds to clean from the dashboard went untouched when they prepared the vehicle for sale. If I had to grade the experience it would be C+ to B-. More

Awesome experience We found the car we were looking for on line and called to see if it was available. It was and a few hours later we walked out...or should I say drove out.....with not just 1 but 2 cars....a Honda Pilot and GMC Acadia Denali. We worked with Martin and our experience was the best we have ever had when buying a car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions as a professional. Normally we dread having to go thru the dreaded "dealer" experience (in most cases...lack of experience) over the years of buying cars. Martin and the staff at Carbiz made our car shopping and buying experience a great one. Martin was very accommodating to our requests as we test drove several cars. They were able to get us great financing and worked with us and all of our car buying needs. We (along with my 2 daughters) even got to meet Tori Smith from the Ravens and he was kind enough to let us take a "selfie". The "wall of fame" is pretty cool as my daughters stated.
