I drove in from Delaware, due to horrible traffic, I had to reschedule the day we were expected to test drive the car. Fred did not pressure us, did not make it seem as if someone else could come in a drive off with the car. He respected our business and responded to my calls even thought it took another three days before we could get to the dealership. Their professionalism was palpable, everyone was pleasant and seemed to take pride in working there. Overall, great experience! More
