Ignoring a customer is key apparently I completed an application Tuesday morning. I received a call from Jose. Jose confirmed my information and submitted me for approval. I spoke with Wells Fargo Dealer Services to once again confirm my information. Jose called shortly after to advise that I would need to trade in my current vehicle in order to complete the purchase. I was told that he would call me back shortly with more details. During our next phone call the line disconnected before I could give VIN on current vehicle. Jose never called back. I called his direct line several times, but he never answered. I called the main number and left the VIN with another sales representative. I called Wednesday and Thursday as well to his direct line and the main number, only to leave a message for callback. I finally was about to get another representative Friday to review my file, only for him to advise that a significant down payment will be needed because of negative equity in my required trade in. I called all week and was never told about a down payment. Horrible service indeed. More

I had to go see it. My family and I arrived around 710, The manager at the front desk introduced us to Josh and Whoa right off the back I knew this would be a good experience. He asked what car was I looking at he told me it was not at the lot but if I wanted to see it in person he could have it there in about 20 minutes. I said sure. Quick fast very polite, very talkative. Showed me the car, Let me test drive it, We loved it. But I told him I would come back in 2 days which he was totally fine with. He gave me his cell number I contacted him the day I was coming told him I was on my way and taking it home that night, he said alright ill get it detailed for you. I was happy! we did the financing everything looked good I walked out with 2 keys A smile on my face, a hand shake and I was on my way in my new car! Best buying experience ever!! More

Worst experience ever! Lies lies more lies. Drove 6.5 hrs to buy a car that the promised had gps. 2016 Ford Fusion. Was told to pay an additional 60 for a gps card and it Lies lies more lies. Call dealership oh it's a bad card buy another one it will work. Ha inserted card no gps. Take it to a ford dealership and they laugh at me and say" sir you got lied to this car does not have gps and those cards will do you no good". Call Rodney Shelby and he said management would make it right. Ha Wes Vance and Rodney all promised a call back never did. They are liars and cowards. All they did was ignore my calls and never did anything about it. Worst customer service people I ever dealt with More
