If only every car buying experience could go this smoothly! There was no pressure and Don Baker even loaned the car to us overnight to get in a quality test drive. Steve Smith, our finance guy, was awesome. He got us what we wanted for our trade and got the price of the new car down to our price range. He took his time explaining everything to us and there were no games or tricks. We left feeling like we got a good deal and Ed Bozarth has earned a long-term customer in us!

I have purchased two cars from Ed Bozarth Chevrolet and was very happy. So when it was time to purchase a Camaro for my wife. I expressed interest online and was contacted by LaToya Smith. My wife and I work different shifts so Saturday is the only day we can shop together. I made an appointment for 04/21/2012 at 1:30 pm. When we arrived LaToya didn't have a clue who we were and had done no research. She complained that she was busy and had a headache. She passed us off to someone else and found a Camaro at another dealership that might fit our needs. It was over priced and when I asked for pictures was told to go to Chevrolet.com. Needless to say we left to continue our search and found the Camaro of my wife's dreams at another local dealership. She picked it up Tuesday night and loves it. So at least this has a happy ending.

I bought a used car a month ago, and we decided to change the car, because it was good services, we went back and we met Justin., and he is awsome! He is a young guy but he is very kind,smart and polite. He made my 7 hours @ the dealer ship feel like 3 hours., he took care of me and my 3 daugthers like his Own baby girls.!!! And because of him we bought 2 brand new cars,,,,, we loved it. Gracias Justin for all your hard work!!!!!!!!! Congrats.......

Ed Matias promised us tint for our vehicle. Told us that he wasn't allowed to offer tint, but then said not to tell anyone, he'd pay for our tint. He then scheduled the appointment. Upon going in for the tint, Ed claimed he never promised to pay for our tint. I have text messages that prove he told us he would pay for the tint. Watch out for Ed Matias!

Justin made the buying process easy and truly made us feel like he was giving us a great deal. We appreciated how much he talked about his family and how their experiences gave him insight to help others make an informed choice. This was our second purchase from Chevy and this one was so much easier, though not quicker than our last! Eric got us qualified for an awesome lease!! We love our new Cruze!!! It's truly phenomenal.

My Review of Ed Bozarth Nevada #1 Chevrolet:
When my car was totalled in a recent accident, I went looking for a replacement vehicle. I had a small SUV before and wanted something similar to the Saturn VUE that I had. Justin Williamson greeted me and my husband when we walked up to the cars on display. We told him what we were looking for and he made several suggestions to meet our needs. Justin was very thorough in answering our questions. We came back the following week after we received the check from the insurance company. By then we knew we were interested in the Chevy Equinox and gave it a test drive. It handled well and I felt very comfortable behind the wheel. My husband also drove it and like it. When making the deal, again Justin was very helpful and gave us the information we were looking for in a vehicle. After the purchase, Justin sat with us in the vehicle and explained all the technology the car had to offer. I cannot imagine a better experience than the one we had at Ed Bozarth with Justin as our Salesperson. This is the second vehicle that we bought at this dealership and it was a very pleasant experience!! We have had some very bad experiences in the past at other dealerships, so we would definitely recommend this one.

My Review of Ed Bozarth Nevada #1 Chevrolet:
My wife and I hadn't purchased a new care in quite a while, and we were a bit apprehensive. But I must say that our Salesman, Ed Matias made it a very pleasant experience. He worked extremely hard, along with Juan Pena, Sales Manager, to get us the best deal for our new 2012 Malibu and our trade in. He was so patient and understanding. He said he had only one goal in mind, and that was to make us happy. Well he did just that.

New salesman, Jerimy Wicksom, went out of his way to introduce us to the new Malibu, on our initial visit, and start the sales process. He aslo helped us in many other ways, even though he had to attend training. He made sure we got our bonus gift, followed up to see how we liked the car and made sure we had all of our after sales needs met.

We love the new car and highly recommend The Ed Bozarth Chevrolet dealership with their newly remodeled showroom. They treat you right, and you can actually enjoy shopping for a new car there.
