He hurt my wife saying that she's hungry and 20 minutes later he show up with a launch a schnitzel with pasta. He treated us very well and we felt like we are with a friend and not with a sales man. Stay away from Ed Morse service and JoEllen Took our Cadillac Escalade in for service on an intermittent electrical problem. JoEllen was our service adviser and was the absolute worst. Communication - she told me no less than 3 times during the service that she would call at a defined time. Each time she failed to call as promised. Call the office and they have no idea whether she is in or out. Service - 3 days to look at my truck and at the end they only spent 2 hours on it and failed to find a problem. I took the vehicle home and had the problem occur the next day. I have purchased an Escalade and brought my vehicle in for service twice and each experience has been poor at best. I will not go back to Ed Morse or ever use JoEllen as a service adviser. I gave them a 1 star because 0 isn't an option More
