We had shopped several other different car dealers before going to Ed Morse Cadillac. Mark, our salesman was very helpful without adding the pressure that the other dealers did. Upon deciding to purchase the CTS, the professionalism and care did not change one bit. Every option was explained in a basic understanding way. Raul handled the paperwork in a like manner. I would high recommend Ed Morse Cadillac dealership. Our over all experience was great. We test drove a car at another dealership and once we decided that we were going to get the cts luxury model it was r over all experience was great. I dealt with Jerry, the Internet manager and told him exactly what I was looking for, color, options etc. I told him I was shopping other dealerships and I needed his best price. He gave me his best price. Unlike all the other dealerships who didn't want to give a price and just said we can meet or beat any legit offer. Jerry just gave me a number and said this is the best we can do. No pressure, just happy to answer the several questions I had and said they would be available to test drive it whenever it was most convenient for us. His price was significantly better than everyone else. The other dealers were positive there would be other fees at signing or some kind of trick. He insisted the price was the price and no games. We went to test drive it hoping it was true and not one of those last minute oh we thought you meant the base model, bait and switch deal. When we got to the dealership with dealt with Don, 20 some years at this dealership who was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, showed us some features we didn't know the car had. As we were test driving it he had his people working on all the paper work. He gave us as much time as we needed to decide and not once did we feel pressured. From the time we said yes it took 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork while they detailed the car and filled the tank. 20 minutes and not 2 hours, unbelievable but true. From getting the price to driving away it was nothing but friendly, professional people. I highly recommend them. My wife absolutely loves the car and they could not have made it any easier than they did. Best part was that his price was significantly better than the rest. I have always thought of Cadillac as grandpa's car and figured we would be getting a mercedes or beamer but now I'm extremely impressed by the new CTS sedan. If you're in the market for a luxury car, all I can say is drive both and it will be a no brainer. Plus it feels great to buy an AMERICAN car not just because it's made here but because it's better. More
