Since 2013, "the service department" has consistently given me a v e r y good experience with my 1998 HONDA Accord; and "the senior discount" has also been an additional [and unexpected] beneficial Ble given me a v e r y good experience with my 1998 HONDA Accord; and "the senior discount" has also been an additional [and unexpected] beneficial Blessing! My service advisor, Greg Shedrick, has not only been easy-going & approachable...but extraordinarily patient [not easily agitated or irritated] with my ignorance of "under-the-engine 'things' " as he has attempted to simplify some of the information for me. His mild-mannered demeanor & discerning, "we're gonna take care of you" attitude has always been "calming," especially during a major repair! Also noteworthy, twice during [vital] service repairs, both service advisor & service manager (Ed Price) have gone "beyond the call of duty" to solve an urgent car-related need, for which I will always be immeasurably grateful! "For such a time as this" in America, I am sooo thankful that I can trust Ed Voyles Honda [through my service advisor & the service manager] to always do for me/my car, what they would want done for themselves, [their own family], their own car & its care, in the most cost-effective way, especially during these difficult days in our wonderful nation's history. SERVICE CENTER ADVISORY GREGORY SHADRICK IS LITERALLY THE BEST!
