I went in thinking it was going to be impossible to get out from under a bad loan, but let me tell you these guys worked the problem and solved it. Got me the payments and everything I could have ever asked for. Brian Considine the Finance manager helped walk me through it all and got me an even better deal than I thought was possible. I can't thank everyone enough and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking and even if you think you are so far upside down it doesn't hurt to ask I promise they will work hard to try to get you in another ride and a better deal for you and your family. Just when you think everything is going the way you want and ready to close the deal. You get told your payment is amost 100 more than what you know you can get and then the try fianancing for a high almost and ready to close the deal. When asked about bringing my own financing (Navy Federal or USAA) I was told I would not get any of the manufactures incentives ( which is false) I called Chrysler Capital and Stelantic Financial services customer suppor. Dealers really think people must be stupid these days. More

I've been 2022 Ram+BAD TRANSMISSION =NO RENTAL VEHICLE FOR 3 WEEKS.HAD THE VEHICLE 29 DAYS. TRUCK HAS BEEN IN THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR 3 WEEKS. I've been blown off by SERVICE Manager,General Manager and dealership Manager. All I've asked for is a rental vehicle till mine is fixed. The Customer Service after I purchased the vehicle is very disappointing. If you want to state on many Websites that you care about your customers DO IT. I Hope you don't treat other customers the way you treated me. WE HAVE NOW BEEN ASKED TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO GET A RENTAL VEHICLE. Guess we will wait. How can a dealership that has loaner vehicles not have rentals? Hope I get to rewrite this review on Monday. I would rather write happy reviews not bad ones. More

The service center at Edd Kirby’s is exceptional! I was driving from Illinois to Georgia when I started experiencing problems with my van. Was able to make it to the dealership and Caleb the Service I was driving from Illinois to Georgia when I started experiencing problems with my van. So I purchased the 2016 Jeep Cherokee from the Chattanooga location it had a cracked window shield but was told it will be replaced when purchased so now I have fully paid it off I go down there t Chattanooga location it had a cracked window shield but was told it will be replaced when purchased so now I have fully paid it off I go down there to inquire about the window shield and they say no you bought it as is and then I asked them about the wheels because they are not the right hubcaps they're really loose and make a lot of noise and I'm told if I want those fixed it's going to be about 200 bucks so basically after you make a purchase they are no longer your friend just a heads up. Dont do it! After the contracts signed the down payment made and the vehicle on my sons hand 2 weeks. Now the Rep at this dealership is asking for 2k more down payment.
