Matt was very helpful and answered my questions honestly and timely. I initially went to look at one vehicle and drove away with a different one because he thought I might want to look at other options. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to go back and recommend this dealership to friends and family. I can honestly say they did everything in their power and went above and beyond to get us into a new vehicle. Going above and beyond is actually an understatement. We spent several hours there waiting for the finance manager and Matt to come to a finance agreement. I never heard either of them complain about spending so much time with us. I have shopped at one other dealership in the past and I can say that Eddie Tourelle's is the better of the two because I don't think the other one would have done as much as Eddie Tourelle's did.
