Ordinarily I give Eddy’s high marks. This time it was not the case. I asked for more information on the tires they wanted to put on the car. Nothing. I was getting texts but could not get a response to my qu the case. I asked for more information on the tires they wanted to put on the car. Nothing. Ended up getting tires from Discount Tires as we had to leave for Arizona and I had not heard back (still haven’t), and got an alignment while in AZ. If this were the only dealing I’d had with the dealership I would have rated it one star and looked to find another dealership to deal with. Since I’ve had positive dealings in the past, however, I’ll be giving them another shot. I don’t like that there are only yes and no options available for recommending the dealership. Before this it would have been yes, but this makes me reluctant. The only reason I’ll be checking yes is because of previous visits. More

My car had on the screen to see the dealership which I did right away! Eddy’s took me right in without an appointment. They were so nice and took care of my car in a timely manner. Last year I had concerns with a certain nose coming from my a/c blower. When I had asked my service represented about it, they tile me it was nothing. Michael did the research, maybe not the price I want my a/c blower. When I had asked my service represented about it, they tile me it was nothing. Michael did the research, maybe not the price I wanted but he put in the effort/ research to get my a/c blower back to normal. He'll be my service representative going further until he is promoted to a higher position in the company. More
