Absolutely the worst way to treat a repeat customer. Sales managers are unethical and can't be trusted. I was basically lied to and they know it. I fully intend to contact BBB and file a complaint. He was very busy but took the time to resolve my issue & send me off to the mall. I called and made an appointment to see a 2021 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss LT. When I arrived the vehicle was out front and I was met by Justin.
