We purchased a used car in December and have had nothing but trouble with it. We will NEVER buy from here again and are spreading the word for others not to buy form here. SO far I have had to replace both sets of struts, the water pump, the ball baring joints, and have an alignment done. I know that as is mean there is no warranty but it also DOES NOT give them the right to flat out LIE to THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! We called and were nice about it and their response was after a car reaches over 100,000 miles we just have to make sure it passes a safety check - we're not responsible for making sure it works. I didn't intend them to pay for everything but I guess I thought they would be some what decent about it and at least try to help, NOT JUST BLOW OFF A CUSTOMER!!!! well, like I said we are spreading the word for people NOT TO BUY FROM THEM or risk getting a crappy car the choice is up to you. Or at least make sure the car works. More

since this dealership has been taking over by a new owner i have to say that there has been a geat change in how the staff treats people and problems. I went back after the new owner took over and the people there could not help me enough. What a change ! More

I purchased my used dodge ram from mckays. McKay's also has a weekend quick lube for oil changes that is convenient for people who work during the regular service hours. Just awful!!!!!! We were lied to about the condition of the brakes, which we had to replace TWICE in the first year we owned the van. And it wasn't just us being blatantly lied to that day. While waiting for our brakes to be "checked", we overheard another couple talking to a DIFFERENT sales person who was blatantly lying to them too. I was treated unfairly by McKay's Famiyl Dodge Chrysler Jeep. The took in my vehicle - made me wait 1 week for the service manager to return in order to determine if they'd fix my vehicle under warranty ( Jeep. I inquired about a loaner vehicle, but the price given was outrageous. When they finally did decide to fix my vehicle under warranty, they only did the bare minimum to slap it back together. After having it back on the road again I discovered one problem that was noted when I first went in, wasn't taken care of. Now because of the issue, I don't qualify to have it serviced under warranty. Had they done their job right the first time, I wouldn't be in this situation. Not only that, but the service manager was extremely rude to me - even going to the lengths to talk bad about me and use slander against me. I will never bring my vehicle back to them again and will never purchase a vehicle from them again all because I was treated poorly as a customer. I gave them every chance to reconcile, but their treatment/quality of service only got worse. More
