I was introduced to Elsa Hudley initially via phone a month before my car was even in the market. She was steadfast in finding information and very prompt in checking for updates. Once in the dealership Silvia Garcia was very helpful in explaining all of the car options, as well as any specific questions regarding the car, accessories, financing and more updates on ETA of the car delivery. Once the car got to the dealership they installed all the accessories right away. A Special mention to Rick Guerin who very courteous in helping me finalize the purchase and go home with a brand new car! Very excited for the car of course but I was impressed in the sales team, their honesty and transparency throughout the whole process. Thanks! More

I was offered the "right price" from another dealership for the 2020 CRV Touring but Silvia Garcia made such a huge impression on me during the test drive that I just had to buy from her! The good news is that Honda of El Cerrito matched the offer and I was able to support her excellent customer service and knowledge about the 2020 CRV. To be VERY clear, I went out of my way just to make this purchase for my family with HER. Honda of El Cerrito will have my loyalty for sales and service if they keep employing staff like Silvia! She was the only person who approached me outside when I arrived at the dealership without an appointment. There were a couple of sales men outside as well but they looked at me and kept talking to each other. As a woman of color, that meant a lot to me. She never rushed or pressured me into making a decision the day of my test drive. I purchased the vehicle 3 months later and her warm disposition and character sold the car.
