My car was due for an oil change. I pulled up to the service station, and Ron greeted me right away. I told him about the service numbers that showed up on my dashboard. Service and Parts personnel all unfailing polite, friendly, and efficient. It is more expensive to service a hybrid than a standard vehicle (though I do not know why) so I'm less pleased with the pricing. I rated the overall experience of my last visit as only "good" since I must return to complete needed service since the part (battery) was not in stock. More
