Tried to lease a Kia Niro EV in 2022. They had it on their website for $299. Once there they had the car but quite suddenly the price was $499. I fulfilled all requirements from the ad. I'm impressed by the extra effort Mike took to help me sort out and understand the detailed histories of 3 Certified Pre-Owned Kia Souls that were for sale on their lot. Our time available to car shop was limited by work & a personal disability, yet Mike was patient with us, accommodating our schedule even when he was dealing with his own car accident at the time. That extra effort was really unexpected and very much appreciated! When it came time to run the final numbers, Elgin Kia was fair with their pricing and didn't inflate the final price for the car with any made up dealer fees. Additionally the trip to the F & I office was quick, painless and friendly with NO surprises (shout out to Leval Evans).
