Went in for a simple oil change When I got home and really looked at the bill I find they added an extra 10% charge for "shop supplies" Why not "toilet paper" or "depreciation on the lifts" or "contri really looked at the bill I find they added an extra 10% charge for "shop supplies" Why not "toilet paper" or "depreciation on the lifts" or "contribution to managers bonus". Very sad. I'll be telling everyone, just for fun. Silliest part is that the car is 13 years old and I started looking to replace it, and now they've lost me as a potential customer. Never got the shop report either, though that's irrelevant now. More

Curiously when I went alone there was a laundry list of things “wrong” with my car including them claiming the oil pan was missing. Manager refuse to talk to my husband was he called wanting clarification. Went to Pauly Toyota in Crystal Lake and they said everything check out great! Oil pan was not missing. DO NOT GO TO ELGIN TOYOTA!!!! More

The Service Consultant who handled my vehicle's work was courteous, professional, and kept me informed. There were no high-pressure sales. Brendon got the initial problem fixed quickly (new starter), and th courteous, professional, and kept me informed. There were no high-pressure sales. Brendon got the initial problem fixed quickly (new starter), and then walked me through some maintenance options available. He helped me decide which preventative maintenance items were best, and I did have some of the additional recommended PM work performed. I only had to say 'No Thanks' once to some of the other recommended work and it was without push-back. As it should be. I was contacted as soon as the work was finished. The cost for the work performed was what I anticipated. I have not been to this dealership for a while. I'll definitely be using them again, More
Purchased a new Rav 4 3 years ago. They put on new license plates at that time. I just went to install new plates and I couldn't get the rear plate off the rear trunk lid, because the They put on new license plates at that time. I just went to install new plates and I couldn't get the rear plate off the rear trunk lid, because the bolts were rusty and stripped. Service department said it will cost around $ 175 bucks for them to fix it. I told them I bought the car new from here and they put the plates on. I told them forget it , I will go to another Toyota dealer to see if they will help me out.Service man said I will be right back. He came back in 5 minutes and said the car will be fixed in around a half hour. They put on new bolts front and back. It didn't cost me a dime. Thank you Service department..........C. M. The service was awful when I went there. They did not solve my problem. I had an oil change and advised them of a problem with my connection with CarPlay. I have been doing business with you guys since you were at the old location, not sure how many years but I do know the number of cars. Your service department covered some things under warranty for me that at the old location, not sure how many years but I do know the number of cars. Your service department covered some things under warranty for me that Schaumburg would not do for me and this really changed me to come to your service for everything not just the bigger stuff. Darrel Cesario is my guy when it comes to my cars service. Some people are just really exceptional at wha they do, Darrel is one of those people. I call it the way I see it, good or bad. I know these reviews are read all the way to the top because i received a message back from Bob. Today, consumers are asked to do reviews all the time, it is nice but you never see or hear anything from it so I have stopped doing them. I will do them for Elgin Toyota because I know they are reviewed. Also, The girl that did not wear glasses (in the service area inside desk) was super friendly and should get a callout. She was nice the last time I was in as well. Thank You Bob for steering your team in a great direction.
