I recently purchase an Audi A6 from Elk Grove Audi and Mike. I had already had a firm committed price from another dealer for the same car but not in the color I really wanted. I took that price after a long back and forth on the phone the day before and because even though it was the wrong color it had the features I wanted. I had committed before that discussion to a test drive with Mike so I felt I needed to keep it. I really didn't expect Mike to match that price, given how arduous the previous negotiation was, but he found another car with the same features and in a color I liked for actually a few dollars less. There was no negotiation, just matter of factly looking at what I needed for price ran a few numbers, and beat it. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. All aspects of the transaction with other members of the team went off equally well.

This is the best dealer experience I can recall having and would recommend Elk Grove Audi without reservation.

The wife and I did our due diligence and decided on the make and model. We found the Audi S5 on the Internet located at Elk Grove Audi. We had quick correspondence from their Internet salesman, Mike Fallis. We made arrangements to see and test-drive the Audi. It was as it was described online. Our entire contact with Elk Grove Audi was extremely professional without any high pressured tactics to sell us a vehicle. We were introduced to all the manager’s in order to answer any questions that we may have.

Daniel was very personable and honest, we had similar music tastes and interests. He seemed like a person who really enjoyed his job, spent time with me to show me all the ins and outs of the car, which I really appreciated. I would recommend Daniel to a friend. He even heated up my StarBucks drink in the break room! Great guy.

I found the staff at the dealership to be friendly, courteous and professional. I purchased my car from Mike Fallis. During the purchasing process and after I ordered my car, Mike answered all of my questions and provided me with excellent customer service. The experience with Mike Fallis at Elk Grove Audi was seemless and painless. He and the organization were able to accommodate me and worked around my schedule to best facilitate my needs. We had a pleasant experience from the moment we walked into the dealership. While you can never buy a car and rapidly get out on the road with your new vehicle, I do believe that Mike and the rest of the dealership did everything possible to both answer our questions and make our stay as short as possible. The negotiations were fair yet speedy, not waiting to get "authority" to do things....When there was a question, there was no, waiting for an answer, it was taken care of swiftly. Daniel Pasquale is a superior salesman who really knows his product. His extensive knowledge of the A5 that I purchased was incredibly impressive. He really knows his Audi craftsmanship! I went to the dealership to pick up my husband who had left his 2007 Audi for scheduled maintenance. My husband wanted me to look at a VW that he thought I might like. We were planning on purchasing another car but had no intentions of doing so that day! He wandered over to the Audi's and Guenther greeted him. What a pleasant surprise to meet such a wonderful man with so much knowledge about Audi's. He was so helpful answering questions about the Audi we already had. There was no pressure from him for us to purchase a car but his enthusiasm and knowledge made me feel very comfortable and reassured that I was dealing with an honest person. I have nothing but accolades for Guenther. I test drove the 2010 TT and he constantly demonstrated or told me about the different options it contained.
I have a tendency to analyze everything for days before making a decision. We went home, looked up reviews & talked it over. I actually made a decision within a couple of hours! I feel a lot of it had to do with Guenther as he was so patient in answering my questions and made me feel I was making the right choice for a safe and reliable purchase. He called twice the next day so as to speak to both me and my husband. He assured us he was there for us to return for more information, demonstrations or whatever we needed to know about either of our Audis. He set up the blue tooth for my phone, the connection for my ipod, and showed me the basics so that I could enjoy my TT. The paperwork process was effortless and took very little time. Everyone we dealt with that day and since have been very helpful and accommodating. It was a very pleasurable experience and I just love my Audi TT!!
