My Review of Elkins Chevrolet:
My husband & I were just driving by & decided to stop in and look around. Steve Earl was the one who greated us. He was very helpful and showed us around & we test drove a 2008 GMC Envoy. We told him we would think about it & that we were really just looking at the moment & he was respectful of that & wasn't pushy, which we really appreciated. We thought about it & called back with a few concerns, which Steve addressed. We decided to purchase it (for a little more than what we wanted to spend, but Steve helped bring it down a little). Again, Steve was very helpful & took his time with us, as was Nick. He was great getting us all set up! Everyone was very nice there & we really had a good experience. And we love our new Envoy!

Being a 1st time brand new car buyer, I was skeptical in my search. After reviewing many cars and dealerships, I found Elkins to be the best. Scooter worked with me and the price I was looking for and was very supportive of my decision. All in all the service was friendly, honest, and professional. They will definitely be the dealer in all my future chevy purchases; for now I am enjoying the best ride of my life....2012 Chevy camaro!!!

My Review of Elkins Chevrolet:
This was my first experience with a buying a new car and Mike (compared to many other dealerships) was extremely honest. My father always says he just wants a dealership to be straight forward with him about prices and that's exactly what Mike did. He helped us get our rebates and everything we asked for. My father is ridiculously hard to get to agree to any type of expensive sale, ask any other dealer or house salesman. Mike also pulled out every car we asked to see for us without any hesitation. He was patient and had absolutely no cocky attitude at all. All in all you could tell that Mike wanted to make the customer as happy as he could. Thanks to him we left Elkins Chevrolet with a beautiful Chevy Cruze.

My Review of Elkins Chevrolet:
After accumilating almost 200,000 miles on my 03 Silverado, I was contemplating purchasing a new replacement. I have lived in the Marlton area for almost 40 years and have purchased several vehicles from Elkins Chevrolet in the past as well as trusting them to the larger repairs and maintenance items. I have always been treated as if I were their only customer and this visit was no exception. After finding the right truck with the right color and options, I sat down with Jim Horan to discuss the specifics. Within minutes it was clear that Jim knew the details of the new Silverado from top to bottom and side to side. Jim and Joe Capra found all the incentives that were available and gave me a great trade in value as well. The dreaded paper work came next. In the past, it seemed that you could buy a house faster than a new vehicle. Bob Borman was able to get this done effortlessly and explained everything in great detail. When all was signed and I was ready to drive away, Jim jumped in the passenger seat and helped set up the On Star and bluetooth. This was by far one of the best, if not the best, car buying experiences to date. I would absolutely recommend Elkins to anyone. I almost forgot, I ordered the remote start and bed rail protectors and was told that the items needed to be ordered. I was surprised when Adam called the next day to set up the installation appointment. Matt in service got me right in and out and even had the truck washed for me. I could'nt be happier with my new truck.

Had several warranty issues with my 2010 Silverado. Corrosion on Aluminum wheels and an oil leak. All issues were resolved in a polite, professional and timely matter. I am totally satisfied with the service I received and the service department is tops in my opinion.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW TRUCK WAS NOT SURE WHAT I WAS GETTING JUST SOMETHING NICE AND NOT TO EXPENSIVE. I DECIDED TO LOOK AROUND AT ELKINS I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM BEFORE JUST WALKING AROUND FOR NO MORE THEN 20 MINUTES I WAS SO PLEASED TO FIND A WONDERFUL TRUCK AND LOADED WITH WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT. They are always super friendly at Elkins. I have always hated going for service at other dealerships because of either the long wait or not knowing what the charges would be but at Elkins the courtesy shuttle is always available and the service department treats me right every time. They give a free car wash with every service which I love.

My Review of Elkins Chevrolet:
I was searching online for weeks to find a Pontiac G8 with all the options that I wanted,decent mileage and a great price.
I found exactly what I was looking for at Elkins Chevrolet.
When I drove onto the lot I met Jeff Schor.
He told me all about the car I was interested in, and suggested I take it out for a test drive.
The information he provided was insightful and very helpful when it came to making my decision.
I was absolutely in love with the car but a little apprehensive about the purchase because of the price.
He and the sales team worked to get me the most money for my trade-in an to lower the sales price on the car I wanted so that I would be comfortable with my monthly payments.
The sales environment at Elkins is very laid back. Jeff Schor was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He did not pressure me ro try any sales tricks, he let the car speak for itself. All of the cars at Elkins are inspected from front to back, side to side and top to bottom to insure the highest quality when it comes to used cars.
Jeff and his team took care of everything for me. The car was cleaned, inside and out in no time. Taxes, title, license and registration were taken care of before I left the dealership.
I know that I made the right decision by going to Elkins. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next car. I had a wonderful experience at Elkins.
