I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and my service advisor Mike was helpful with greeting me and answering questions. Later he called and informed me that the front tires needed to be replaced service advisor Mike was helpful with greeting me and answering questions. Later he called and informed me that the front tires needed to be replaced and that there was a nail in one of the back tires. We agreed to still rotate the tires so that the back would move up front. My wife picked up the car and brought it home. Upon inspection, the tires were not rotated. I called but could not get a hold of him. Called again where another service advisor said he would take a message and have him call me back. He never called. Just frustrated that I paid for a service that was not performed. Two other times we took our car to the dealership for repair, the two things failed again after our warranty expired. Just disappointing. More

June 05, 2025-I brought my 2019 Chevrolet LT Colorado for a free oil change with 3,700 miles on it... . Air conditioning was working perfectly before being serviced. After service, I went to start up my tru a free oil change with 3,700 miles on it... . Air conditioning was working perfectly before being serviced. After service, I went to start up my truck and noticed hot air was blowing. I went back inside to complain about the AC not working... Let me tell you something... The service department stated it was no pressure on the lines and wanted $750.00 plus what parts that will need to be replace and then stated they need to remove the bumper to have access to the compressor. I left the dealer because I could not afford it at the time and brought it back July 30, 2025 and now the management/mechanics says the freon is contaminated on both ports. I am not a mechanic and I do not understand all of the justices of the engine and electronics and now they want any where from $2,900 to $6,000 if the compressor does not work. Also, management stated that I took the truck some where and now it has pressure with incorrect type of freon. No one has serviced my truck but Elkins Chevrolet. Help!! More
