Car buying here is so easy! My wife and I had broken down not to far from the Elmer Hare Ford, we were on our way back home to Texas, and needed to get back asap! We got our truck towed to Elmer, and they were very fast in helping u Hare Ford, we were on our way back home to Texas, and needed to get back asap! We got our truck towed to Elmer, and they were very fast in helping us! After finding the problem within 10 minutes, and discovering it would be two days until they could the part in. The Parts and Service Dept. went out of there way to help us and had us back on the road a hour later! We were VERY pleased with this place! Being from Texas we will probably never be here again, but we for sure recommend these guys! More

i researched the vehicle of choice(ford windstar)on the i researched the vehicle of choice(ford windstar)on the internet and then narrowed it down to about 25 vans within a 300 mile radius. the local ford i researched the vehicle of choice(ford windstar)on the internet and then narrowed it down to about 25 vans within a 300 mile radius. the local ford dealer is only about 6 blocks away so the i started there. little did i know the deal offered would end my quest for a 'new to me' used ride. customer service was was everything one could expect,and every person i met there was very friendly.i was offered a great price on the 2002 windstar and bought it on the spot.i even left my old car(1988 taurus wagon)there to be repaired as well. i've been back to their parts department since the windstar purchase and taurus repair job and found the folks back there just as friendly and helpful. overall,5 stars from me,i know i'll be going back to Elmer Hare Ford again,it's as good as it gets.
