Excellent I have bought many new cars in my life but I have never had such a professional, efficient and fair experience as I have with Marcio Monteiro and his I have bought many new cars in my life but I have never had such a professional, efficient and fair experience as I have with Marcio Monteiro and his team at Elmwood. They took care of every detail and were responsive to my questions. I had gone to a dealer in Massachusetts to look at the Jeep Cherokee and ended up walking out after 2 hours of wasted time. I went to Elmwood and bought a Jeep that day. Marcio is fantastic as are the service department staff who took care of a recall service. They picked up my jeep at work and returned it a few hours later. Zero inconvenience for me! We will be buying a wrangler from Marcio in the spring. More
