His patience was incredible, and his methodical attention to detail helped me narrow down to two choices, and that was so helpful throughout this process. Dennis Freeman, one of the Top Dealership Managers in the business is an added resource too. His advice, and working relationship with Justin made it easy to go for the vehicle I wanted. Then when it came down to working out the financial loan aspect of the deal, Vinnie Asermely completed the process flawlessly and was a pleasure to work with too. Sherman was a class act and made sure that I understood every step of the process and that I got everything I wanted before leaving the dealership. He's polite, calm and friendly. Buying a car is never a quick process but he made my afternoon there enjoyable. Everyone, from the Sales Manager to the finance staff were really nice and kept us laughing throughout the process. I drove off the lot in a sparkling new Jeep at the price I wanted to pay. It was a really great experience. More
Worst experience ever Arrived and was greeted by a gentleman (and I use that term loosely) named Dave Beaupre he was the rudest most disrespectful person I’ve ever encount Arrived and was greeted by a gentleman (and I use that term loosely) named Dave Beaupre he was the rudest most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered at any retail establishment never mind a business selling $40,000 products, I started by asking for his card and he said sorry they are too cheap to get me them ....ok let’s get past that and talk about the ram I drove 45 min to look at , everything I asked he kept saying what what sorry can’t hear you , wasn’t sure if I was being secretly recorded for a tv show it was that bad not to Mention his constant movements while he was talking made my wife very very uncomfortable. after a few more min of talking down to my wife and not answering any of my questions I handed my card and asked if he could get someone that could hear me and answer my very basic questions he walked away and tore my card up as he walked back inside, I was so mad at this point I wanted to go in and confront his supervisor regarding my HORRIBLE experience but my wife convinced me it wasn’t worth it cause obviously this guy wasn’t dealing with a full deck and it’s probably an indication of what his boss is like especially since he was probably the person who hired him I have since found a similar vehicle but needed to drive further but was treated wonderful and fairly STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! Ps thank you dealer rater for having this tool to voice my displeasure hopefully the owners of this dealership will see this and prevent this From happening to anybody else More

Liars BEWARE! They will promise you a price just to get you in the door, and then blame the "misunderstanding" on a new manager scapegoat. Then they will lo BEWARE! Then they will low-ball your trade-in unless they can certify pre-owned it. After all the numbers are done and you've spent a couple hours there, your final number will be thousands more than what they told you to get you in there. Hands down the worst dealership experience I've had in the last few months (I've been to 10+ to get quotes and run numbers). Be prepared to be lied to several times, and get passed from person to person to person so they can blame their lies on "confusion". More
