No hassle car buying I always dread having to purchase a new car. I will avoid it at all cost. Only because of the typical rip off dealers I have dealt with in the past. My salesman Richard sat and discussed with us exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. He did not play any games with pricing. When the time came for approval of our deal the manager Ben was straight forward and actually came and spoke with us. He did not hide in some back room or try to squeeze every nickel out of us. With this process completed we moved on to the finance department where we met Noel. Noel did a diligent job of searching for the bank with the lowest interest rate and also the best extended warranty. He was sincerely making every effort to keep our monthly payment as low as possible. All around great experience. I will not hesitate to recommend or return to Elmwood in the future. More
