I have no issue recommending Elmwood and would absolutely recommend asking for Jared when you go! I got the Jeep I wanted, at a great price but I also know that if there is an issue down the road, I know that Jared will continue his great service and assist in any way possible! A stress free , hassal free car shopping experience. This is our third car purchased from Elwood dodge. When we arrived we asked for Richard Ruggiero because of our past experiences with him. We told him what models we were interested in looking at. He showed us several different vehicles and we test drove a few. Now comes the hard part. What can we actually afford? Helping us with that part was Vinny Asermely. He showed us several different ways of getting the payments to an amount that we could live with. With that information in hand we asked him to explain and compare leasing to us. Leasing opened up several more vehicle options. Richie came back and showed us every possible vehicle that would fall into the payments we were happy with. With a lot to think about we told them we were going to lunch to think about it and we would call them back. Their answer was absolutely. It's a big decision. We came back later in the day and decided to lease because it worked best for us. Process was quick and stress free. We left feeling that we made the right decision and got the best price we could.
