Eric and the rest of the staff @ Emerson were fabulous! We came up from Portland looking for a specific Ford. Friendly and lot of fun, but also no nonsense. I've had some bad experiences with car dealers and was very wary, but they were great. We purchased the car there via the internet, essentially sight unseen. When we went to get it, they let us take it home for the weekend, about an hour away, before signing any papers. The salesman (Ray Toutain) brought the papers to us at work a day or two later to sign, again ~1hr from the dealership. Whenever it needs regular service, we email Ray, our salesman and he sets up an appt with service for us, then he drives here (~1hour) to pick up the car in our driveway and leave us a loaner. Our experience at Emerson was amazing! We were on a mission to buy the right vehicle for our family.
