Having transmission issues with my traverse -- Took at month to get an appointment. Waited a month and brought the car in. Back and forth with Onstar and sales. My salesman Erick and the manager George were no help. They told me nothing wrong with car it’s an app issue. I go to service and they called OnStar. The final outcome. Sales put in the wrong ViN number to OnStar. Between phone calls and waiting at service (not long) Easter about 8 hours over theee days. Sales department horrible. More
