Do Bot Buy A Car From This Place The day I bought this car and drove off the check engine light came on. Then the car was shaking so bad I called them and they had me take it to a sh The day I bought this car and drove off the check engine light came on. Then the car was shaking so bad I called them and they had me take it to a shop where they told me it was the tire that was really bad. Then we they had me take it back to get the car looked at because of the check engine light coming on, they had it in the shop for 3 weeks. Gave me a loaner that had no wipers on it. And then when I finally got my car back, the check engine light was on and now shaking again and was driving worse than it ever has. Worse experience I have ever had. More

Horrible Service!!!! I went to buy a car and George the car dealer played me. I went for a test drive car seemed great bought it the next week. The first day I brought it I went to buy a car and George the car dealer played me. I went for a test drive car seemed great bought it the next week. The first day I brought it home and actually drove it more than up the street it had no take off it wouldn't move I almost got into a car accident on the highway. George said it was a great car and so I brought it to a mechanic just to make sure everything was legit and the Cat is bad on an Audi. We brought it to George's attention because he didn't tell me there was anything wrong with it and he said all well there's nothing I can do for you. It was only 2 weeks after I bought the car. I was on the highway driving again and the engine started smoking and almost blew up I had to get a tow truck to bring my car home. NOT EVEN A MONTH AND ITS GONE. George is deceiving and doesn't care about his customers. They never sent me the title in mail either. Do not buy a car from this dealership if you don't know much about cars mechanically because they WILL take advantage of you just to make a sale. Alex did the paper work and didn't do much wrong but even when I brought the car back because he deceived me and I told him how my house just burnt down I can't afford to fix an engine and cat problem he said THINGS HAPPEN, WOULD YOU FEEL BAD IF I GOT ALL MY LIMBS CUT OFF AND HAD CANCER. I bought a vehicle there about a year and a half ago, inwhich they promised me 2 years warrenty, after 6moths my warrenty had expired and problems after problems began with my car. This was a very comfortable vehicle purchase, which is not always the case for a single female. Matt, my salesman, was kind and very courteous and respectful (kept calling me "ma'am") - What I liked was not always the case for a single female. He also worked to secure the best financing deal possible for me and I feel good about where things all landed. He's also followed up with me after the sale to ensure I'm still pleased and to see if I have any questions or concerns. All in all, it's been super pleasant. Honestly, I have never contributed a rating/review on a business before, but felt so strongly about the service I received from this dealership that I was compelled to write this review. Short and sweet, I am a female senior citizen who was shopping the internet for a Corvette and happened to see a beautiful 50th Aniversary one at Empire Motor Cars in Garland. I asked my son to go with me to take a look at it the next day. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent - the greeting on the lot, the negotiating of the deal, and the amazing work done to finance the car for me - no strong arm tactics on this lot!! Matt went to bat for me with the bank and got me the absolute lowest interest rate possible (other dealers would probably not done that); gave me a great trade-in value for my car; and met my expectations with ease. His expertise was very obvious. The only hold-up I had was due to the fact that I had not taken the title to my car with me, and I could not get my insurance company on the phone in time before they closed in order to get a binder for the car. But guess what -- the owner approved my bringing in the title to my car and faxing proof of insurance the next business day and that very afternoon I was on my way home in my gorgeous new Corvette!! It doesn't get much easier than that, and I would recommend this dealer to anyone out there looking for a vehicle. It was painless, and I hope to be a repeat customer myself!
