I didn't have to do a thing but show up and pick out a new car, how awesome is that. Now that is were William comes in. Knowing my price point, William showed me a Legacy. Now I'm a truck girl so looking at a "car" was very different for me. He brought me out to the lot and showed me a Legacy. I was very impressed by the look of the car. The only word that came to mind was sexy. We took it for a test drive and I was hooked. I was like a little kid in the candy store as William explained all the cars features. William knew I would like the manual drive feature with paddle shifters . Now I understand when people say I love to drive my car! I love my Subaru, thank you Vinny, Larry and William. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I first contacted Metric via email because they advertised a fully loaded Legacy on their website that I wanted to look at. Michele answered me immedi I first contacted Metric via email because they advertised a fully loaded Legacy on their website that I wanted to look at. Michele answered me immediately and Asked me when I would like to come in to look at the car. When I got to Metric she greeted me and introduced me to Peter. It was raining and when I told him the car I was looking for he went out in the rain got the car out of the back of the lot and took me for a test drive. While on the test drive he explained everything about the car and ask me what I was currently driving. I drove an Audi A6, Peter didn't try to discredit the Audi, he simply stuck by the car he was introducing to me and how well it was made and all of the safety features the Legacy has. We went over several buying options and I picked what was best for me. Peter then introduced me to Larry. Larry informed me of the best payment option (60 mos/ 0% interest). I filled out my credit app, Larry asked me when I wanted to pick up the car and he put me on the calendar. I had to change the delivery date and it was no pressure or problem. When I picked up the car it was perfect. I signed my documents, Peter set up my Bluetooth, walked me through the car and I was done. That was my experience at Metric. Here is what I did not get at Metric, Sleazy salesmen pitches and pressure to buy, finance guys acting as their doing me a favor and playing the interest switch-a-roo game, or any other nonsense one would expect from a car dealership. Vinny, the sales manager, was upfront with prices and very accommodating of our needs. No gimmicks or trickery here. He was very straightforward and knowledgeable. Larry, the finance manager, was considerate of our time and expedited the paperwork. Moreover, they are decent people and easy to deal with. Put simply, I would look no further than Vinny and Larry at Metric for my next Subaru! Easily 6 out of 5 stars! More

This service department from the top down is so bad, I'm actually writing a review. It's a wonder how certain employees were kept on and even promoted in Service and Parts (excluding the female service writer, who seems to have good sense about her). More
