Working with Sham was seamless. He was friendly, efficient, no tricks or games. Handled as much as he could remotely so we didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. I have dealt with other Toyota dealerships that act as though they are too rich and too busy to care about getting new customers. I didn't get this feeling from Empire at all and would definitely revisit. More

So helpful - broke down in Manhattan. Got a tow to Huntington Toyota. They gave me a ride home. Car fix took a week so they lent me a nice loaner, no charge. Kept me updated.
