I was told I could turn in my Lightning and get another truck. The STX truck I selected was the same price as the Lightning with terms $1000 mo 0% finance 0% down for 60 mo. Envision Duarte Ford was truck. The STX truck I selected was the same price as the Lightning with terms $1000 mo 0% finance 0% down for 60 mo. Envision Duarte Ford was 2 1/2 hours away and allegedly not available. Shaunt said to pick any Lariat on the lot for the same deal. I picked a Lariat with an MSRP $3,000 more. Hours later, at signing Shaunt said, the Lariat did not have the same discounts or allow 0% financing. I paid $7,000 at signing for the Lightning. At signing for the Lariat I had to pay $5,996 for the lease termination for a total of $12,996.00. Shaunt said he could only discount the Lariat $8,500.00 As a result, I paid $4,460.00 more than the discounted sticker price $3,900.00. Instead of 0% I had to pay 4.9% interest for 84 months at $1,131.00 per month. The Lightning that was delivered lacked the Technology and features as the Lightning I test drove. Don't promise to make things right and give the sales team commission on the Lightning and the Lariat. I think it is wrong, that I had to pay $4,460.00 more than the discounted sticker price $3,900.00 As for the Lariat, I love it... Sincerely, Todd Kinsey (909)285-7707 More
