Dch Ford lied to me about service I’d scheduled. Didn’t return my request to be notified ie. rescheduled after I had been lied to. Then the proposed sales manager “Bennie” lied to me when I explained my plight. This is the worst I had ever been treated as a customer of DCH Ford in Westlake Village CA. It was bad before, but I don’t trust them to go under the hood. 0🌟’s.

In Octor My F-150 was brought in for the VCT, it took them a week, when I picked up truck i start driving and all the lights and check engine lights went out. Turned out there was now an issue with the BCM. They replaced it but the one they put in was not good, they said they needed ot order a new one. I was told it was covered under warranty but would take a little while to get part due to shortage. Its been over 5 months I get the run around from the service department who is now saying its not covered under warranty. No communication, David from service says he will call but never does.

Wow, they reached out to me about a recall on my fusion Energi, one phone call, and they set up a driver to bring me a loaner vehicle, took my vehicle, completed the recall, return my vehicle with a full tank of gas and the exterior and interior washed. This level of customer service is top-notch, and I will recommend to anyone asking.
