I took my Ford Explorer in on Feb 27 2025 . Car stayed there from Thursday afternoon to the following Tuesday . Car was never worked on . They did look at the sunroof & found out it needed new Car stayed there from Thursday afternoon to the following Tuesday . Car was never worked on . They did look at the sunroof & found out it needed new part . They needed to order part and would call me back when part came in . No one ever called back . Car was also going to have tires rotated - did not happen . I had to call 3 times to check on where car was at while it was at Oxnard Ford . No one ever called . The last call I found out my car was ready but nothing had been done . They would complete the jobs I asked to be done when part came in . Yesterday on July 30, 2025 a text came over job complete . No nothing was ever done from when I took my car in on Feb 27 ,2025 . We also were going to be looking at a new Bronco at a different Ford dealer now after how this last experience went More
