The service took longer than they predicted, no one knew the guest wifi password, and when my car was finished, I drove away and started hearing a thumping sound in one of my wheels right when I turned on t the guest wifi password, and when my car was finished, I drove away and started hearing a thumping sound in one of my wheels right when I turned on the freeway. Then it started getting louder, I’m terrified my wheel is about to fall off, and I immediately turn around and drive back to the dealership so they can fix my vehicle, since they had returned it to me with this new problem. By this point I was crying and shaking because it was so traumatic driving my car with it making such loud noises, and the dealership was able to fix it, but it meant more waiting in the lobby. The whole thing took about 2.5 hours, when all I wanted was an oil change. It was a pretty disappointing experience. More

Been going there for service and sales for at least 20 years and haven’t had any problems. I think there must be some new mechanics however because they have misdiagnosed three of our company trucks with years and haven’t had any problems. We have been told that the trucks needed the upper crankcase seals replaced to the tune of over $6000 and all they really needed was new crank case ventilation filters We fixed them ourselves for about $125 and one hour labor. You had one battery in stock, apparently dropped and danaged. They had to order another. The rep that helped me didn't say it was dropped to begin with till I asked another question a litter later.
