Lack of service. Spent $1300 on repair to be told they could not fix the problem and I needed to contact another ford dealer for service. Really? Sunrise Ford did the Spent $1300 on repair to be told they could not fix the problem and I needed to contact another ford dealer for service. Really? Sunrise Ford did the repair in 24 hrs. Advantage had my car 10 days. I cannot begin to express my frustration. Now what? Drive 35 miles to keep my car maintenance going? I’m so over Ford. More
