Bought a new car in 2011 nothing but issues from the liscense plates to the steering wheel. Had several manufacture issues with my vehicle which required hours of my time in service. They did not offer liscense plates to the steering wheel. Had several manufacture issues with my vehicle which required hours of my time in service. They did not offer a loaner car, coffee or any amenities for my inconvenice. Steering wheel needed to be replaced twice! After 2 hours in service was told they sill didn't have the part and I would have to come back, they put the wheel back on wrong. Left with the wheel in worse shape then when I cam in and two hours of life lost! Horrible dealer do not buy from here! Big mistake! More

worst and most incompetant service dept i have ever dealt with. will never go back to this dealer again. brian has no customer service skills and john should not be a manager. managers dont swear while on th with. will never go back to this dealer again. brian has no customer service skills and john should not be a manager. managers dont swear while on the phone with a customer. i was there 4 times in 2 weeks for the same issue and do not feel like they even cared about my car felt like i was an inconvience to them. think they need a class in customer service and people skills More
