I have purchased two Roush pickups from these people. This last transaction was by far my worse experience. Dealer destroyed my aftermarket wheels and refuse to replace. I had a problem and Joel took care of it: I purchased tires and had trouble with two of the tires, but Joel kept inviting me back until the tires were to my satisfaction. On 12/17 I brought my car in for a simple emissions test. The technician must have just gotten done with an oil change and didn't change his gloves before he moved my car into the emissions bay 10 feet away. In the process of doing so he left large, oily, dark stained hand prints (like full "high five" sized hand prints) on the white leather door panel, center console, steering wheel, shift knob, and worst on the white leather seat that will not come off and must be replaced. If it was easily cleaned off it would be comical how much of a mess the technician made while moving a car literally 10 feet. I have called Ewald 3 times per week since, with no reply. I have left several messages for Eric Ewald and Jerome Witt (even asking the receptionist to leave a written note on his desk). The only time I got in touch with anyone was on Jan. 12th when I asked the receptionist to physically go find someone who could help. I then spoke with the service manager, Mike, who seemed willing to remedy the problem asked me to email him photos of the damage, which I did, and never heard back despite leaving two more messages. A month later, dozens of phone calls, voicemails, hand notes, an email, and zero interest in even returning my calls. More
