Terrible experience and they rip you off on price changes and fees! My wife got a quote for the mileage maintenance on her Yukon. Once they finished the maintenance and sent the bill it was much higher than and fees! My wife got a quote for the mileage maintenance on her Yukon. Once they finished the maintenance and sent the bill it was much higher than the quote they gave her. They said they increased their prices since the quote. No one called to tell us that there was a price increase. Also the quote you get from them will always be lower than what you actually have to pay because they don’t include labor or “shop fees”! They charged us multiple labor cost instead of lumping that into the service. When we asked what the shop fee was for they told us “it’s for things like throwing away your old air filter”. So you get charged for them throwing stuff in the trash! Place is like a scam of increased prices. More
