I’ve been a customer since 1984! I wouldn’t be coming back if the Vehicles and Service Dept were not reliable! Waiting for an oil change is not expected to be a pleasant experience, but it really was. From the time I walked through the door to being led to your waiting area. Very unhappy that my first 12 month free oil change could not be honored at about month 15 even though my mileage was under 10k, but that is corporate and not a dealership issue. The cracked right rear ta not be honored at about month 15 even though my mileage was under 10k, but that is corporate and not a dealership issue. The cracked right rear taillight replacement was about $400. The additional $100+ for the oil change I thought was covered in my purchase stung. Left a bad taste. More
