My Review of Expo Motorcars:
The more I think about the problems I'm having with this car the problems I realize I haven't mentioned.
I bought the car on a Saturday a year ago as of April 14, Saturday (I should have taken this as a sign then)
I went from the car dealership home.
On Sunday morning the weather in Houston was brilliant close to 75 degrees. So I proceeded to clean my home that morning after I decided I would open the sunroof on my new purchase and just drive.
I completed my chores, got cleaned-up went out to the garage put the key in the ignition and turned -nothing. I tried again - nothing. I started thinking this can't be true. I checked the mirrors believing this would confirm I wasn't dreaming, took a deep breath and tried again -nothing.
I called the dealership they were closed on sunday's - of course.
First thing Monday, I called and told the manager what was going on. He told me I must have done something to the car. And that I should get someone to jump start the battery and bring the car back.
I told him I would do no such thing and that if they wanted the remainer of their down payment for the car he would send someone to fix it!
It wasn't until wednesday when the sales person and a mechanic showed up at my home with a new battery (interesting how they would know what the problem was before even looking at the car) they installed the battery and the car started up just fine.
I'm thinking if I hadn't still owned them the down payment money I would have been out the money for a new battery.
I found it insulting that the manager would assume I did something to the car that caused the battery to go dead - apparently if I needed a new battery the one in the car was no good in the first damn place!
I will keep in touch.
