THIS IS THE FINEST DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED A NEW CAR FROM. THIS IS MY THIRD VEHICLE PURCHASED, A 2012 BENTLY GT. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE AND FAIR GROUP OF PEOPLE. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS SECOND TO NONE AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE TREATED LIKE A KING!

My Review of F.C. Kerbeck Buick GMC:
I called the dealership after seeing TV commercials stating $17,990 for 2010 Cadillacs. I found out from a salesman, the offer only applied to one DTS on the lot. I posted this experience on my blog, about the misleading TV commercial. 3 days later, a blog post shows up (that came from ISP host server fckerbeck.net) on my blog, as a fake customer, reviewing FC Kerbeck as a wonderful dealership, claiming to have bought several cars from them. I called the dealership again, to see if the info was still the same. An angry (and nasty John Agresta) got on the line and yelled at me for 10 minutes until I had to hang up the phone. His rage was frightening.

My Review of F.C. Kerbeck Buick GMC:
I had one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had at FC Kerbeck. I first called FC about an online ad they had posted. The sales rep answered and he was very well informed and knowledgeable on the vehicle as well as the financing options available. I made it in later that day where he guided me through a no nonsense, hassle and pressure free sales process, where we came to an agreed price quickly. This process took only a matter of minutes. Next he presented the price to financing and got me approved at a rate and deal greater than originally expected. Let me ask you this: how many times have you spent a hour + where the rep goes back and forth saying how rare the car is and what a deal your getting and almost making you feel bad about asking for a discount. This was not the case. FC Kerbeck enables their sales staff with the ability to make informed decisions saving you time. I can not recall the name of the contracts individual and I feel badly for this as that too was a very relaxing and positive experience. I was not bombarded with a million various options to get a few more dollars from you like most dealerships; it never worked for me anyway. Bottom line - the experience I had when I first picked up the phone to inquire about a vehicle, to driving off the lot was second to none. I highly recommend this dealership for your new Luxury Car purchase.

I just bought my dream car fresh out of college, a 2011 SaabTurbo4 Premium and I couldn't be happier! When I first got to FC Kerbeck I was a little unsure of what I wanted/needed but my salesmen helped me narrow down the best options. I honestly drove away knowing I made a great purchase and who knows, maybe I can afford one of those Maseratis SOME day!

Horrible ( customer service manager john z. ) he is a liar and and very arrogant as if he has no one to anwser to..... Frank Kerbeck should look into the way his service deparment is being ran........ they don't return calls , talk to customers very disrespectful and blame any problem with the auto on the buyer....... don't honor service agreements unless you go over his head ....... he needs to be fired....
