Great Service Each time I have taken my car in for service I was in and out in about an hour. My car was always returned clean!! Great experience. Always a wonderful experience I've taken my Jetta in for service several times, and I'm always amazed by staff there. Brady is very friendly and helpful, and he is always more than I've taken my Jetta in for service several times, and I'm always amazed by staff there. Brady is very friendly and helpful, and he is always more than happy to answer all of my questions. He also makes sure to keep me updated on the status of my car during its service. I would definitely recommend Falcone to anyone. More

Friendly, Convenient and Efficient Falcone's Saab service exceeds my expectations by listening to my repair issues and solving them on the first visit. Brady O'Cull is always patient wi Falcone's Saab service exceeds my expectations by listening to my repair issues and solving them on the first visit. Brady O'Cull is always patient with me when I am trying to explain my issues in layman terms. He is very professional and knowledgeable when sharing the details of the services needed and those provided. There are a few other places I can go and probably pay a little less but I appreciate Brady's friendly demeanor and making me feel welcomed and respected. More

Prestige service center Falcone Service center has the best customer service. They are willing to work around your schedule and assist you in any way they can. They even offered a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop a few days. Shelby and the service advisors were very detailed about any service work I had done, and also answered all of my questions. If you want dependable service on your vehicle and a dependable service team Falcone is the place to go! More

Oil change, breaks, and car wash I've had a few oil changes and other miscellaneous services done at Falcone. I always work with Brady O'Cull and he is extremely friendly, reliable, I've had a few oil changes and other miscellaneous services done at Falcone. Above and Beyond! I simply cannot stop telling everyone I know to go Falcone and buy a Subaru. It's a great car, but the service at this dealer is THE BEST! I was just I simply cannot stop telling everyone I know to go Falcone and buy a Subaru. It's a great car, but the service at this dealer is THE BEST! I was just in for a simple oil change, and wow! I was blown away by the attention to detail when it comes to making sure their customers are happy and well informed. I pulled into the service drive, and Brady greeted me within seconds. He walked around the car with me and talked with me while doing so. It is very clear that he knows his Subaru's inside and out. I had an appointment, and he already had my paperwork in hand and I was checked in quickly yet efficiently. I walked around the dealership and enjoyed the amenities, including Longs donuts (fantastic!) I even had a great interaction with a dog named Cooper! I had a nice talk with Ryan who sits near Brady, about production numbers on 2015 Subaru Impreza's as well. Again, I can tell he is another well educated employee that is truly passionate about the brand. Before I knew it, my car was brought up, washed and clean! Brady informed me of my upcoming 12k mile service and told me exactly what the cost would be. The cost of the oil change was quoted before the service was started and it was exactly as quoted. The staff is what makes this dealer great, the dealership up north has too much of a "corporate" feel, yet at Falcone, I feel right at home! More

Service Visit The staff at Falcone were professional and friendly. The prices were also reasonable, basically I was not tempted to try and do it myself based off of The staff at Falcone were professional and friendly. The prices were also reasonable, basically I was not tempted to try and do it myself based off off the cost. The time it took was also very good. Overall it was the type off experience that I would like each time I get my car serviced. Oh, and the waiting area was very nice, I forgot to eat breakfast so I was especially thankful. More

Fantastic service My buddy and I went to Falcone to have the wheel bearings replaced on his a4. First off this is a VW dealership that doesn't normally work on audis so My buddy and I went to Falcone to have the wheel bearings replaced on his a4. First off this is a VW dealership that doesn't normally work on audis so I was surprised they agreed to do the work and for the same price as the little mechanic shops around us. When we got there they did up the paperwork then drove the car. They told us that one of the wheel bearings was bad but they weren't sure about the other. They also told us they misquoted the price to us but we're going to honor what they said over the phone. They also told us that they would replace one bearing then drive it again to test and then do the other one if it needed it, so if only one was bad they would save us some money( this also took them twice as long and they didn't make any more money off of it). While we waited a salesperson talked with us, let us test drive some of their new cars, then gave us a loaner car for the day. In the end the work was done correctly and for a good price. Keeping in mind that we are college students and have never bought a car from them, they were exceedingly accommodating and helpful. For a small dealership they blow all the big ones out of the water. More
