Good sales person but not honest about what's wrong with the car. Check engine light came on, a few minutes after driving off. Took it back and they couldn't find anything wrong. They cleared it off and the car. Check engine light came on, a few minutes after driving off. Took it back and they couldn't find anything wrong. They cleared it off and I drove it home. The light did come back on. I took it to two different mechanics(not dealerships), and both their 'machines' gave the same diagnosis. Family Ford's machine either malfunctioned or I wasn't told the truth. I'm not sure how you clear a code if it doesn't show up! I have noticed that in all the pics I see, with reviews, I don't see anyone who 'looks like me'. Yes, it makes me wonder how they treat some customers vs others. More
