My car was done in a timely manner and washed (which was a big plus, since I just drove in from out of state). I must add that Ava was feeling a bit under the weather, but she didn't let that slow her down. I will also point out, in the time I was there, Ava was the only person that spoke to me. She took the time to make sure all was good and she was very friendly to me. I hope the rest of the "team" could learn how to be friendly from Ava. She made the difference in my visit.
