mike lied for weeks about what he can do I wouldn't recommend this dealership to a dead person he handled business with promise that he couldn't fulfilled and when he got call out on the lies I wouldn't recommend this dealership to a dead person he handled business with promise that he couldn't fulfilled and when he got call out on the lies he has nothing to say nor the general manager daivd did nothing about my issues side note they are brothers he forced into a car i didn't want after he promised he could get me into another car which never happen , it was stories on top stories and again they were all lies just to make a quick mini bonus... they are sad after all being said they ran my credit again for me approved and another but i have to put more money down after Mike told me that all he would have to do is find the same value of the car the switch out ... LIE ONCE AGAIN!! More

Great service!!!! I came in and left out feeling great! He greeted my dad and I and was able to keep a smile on my face. He didn't pressure me on anything. He was able to work with me on what I actually could afford. It was a lot of very nice cars out there to choose from which made it very hard. You usually don't find that in other car dealerships. I was very impressed. I will recommend them to everybody I know. More

HAASZ family you are doing a great job providing people that has has bumps in the road a second chance and great training to you staff the only problem I had is my beautiful dodge stratus se service engine soon light came on as soon I I hot half way home but I'm sure it will be fixed tomorrow when I come in for the one issue I found before I purchased the vehicle but that you for all your help More

WOW is all I can express!!! I recently had a wow experience, was shopping for a car and saw a advertisement on Fox 8 Cleveland for Fast Track Auto, telling how easy it is to get I recently had a wow experience, was shopping for a car and saw a advertisement on Fox 8 Cleveland for Fast Track Auto, telling how easy it is to get a car through them, I blew it off and shopped at a couple other car dealers offering the same "how easy they are to get you a car" and I tried those other car dealers, and results being at those 2 other dealers NO APPROVAL, excuses, and a big waste of time! So sitting at home mad cause I wasted my day. Again on FOX 8 I see Fast track auto advertisement, and mind you this is a day later after the other 2 sales lots beat up my credit report with inquiry's and trying 15 different banks! I picked up the phone and called Fast Track Auto sales and asked to speak with a salesman, and right away I was connected to RAY MILLER a very pleasant to speak to sales rep, we talked no more than 15 minutes on phone! and I was called 4 hours later and told to come in to dealership and sign papers for my 2010 Chrysler 300 with 69000 miles on it, I went to dealership same day, drove from ASHTABULA CITY to dealership, was there 30 minutes tops, and signed papers to my 2010 Chrysler 300, I was floored and could only think WOW!!!!! They got me approved with a Big name bank! That reports to credit bureau! only 15% interest and a payment cheaper than the other 2 even said they could do it for!!!!! AND BEST OF ALL THEY DID NOT MISLEAD ME TO WASTING MY TIME AND GOING HOME IN SAME VEHICLE I ARRIVED IN!!!!! and KAM the finance guy was very nice person as well! THANK YOU FAST TRACK AUTO!!!!!!
