Failed to give me all the contract paperwork. Started investigation w lender and they sent the loan back to the dealership so thank goodness I no longer have the vehicle. Than they took a check that was mailed to the dealership in my name for the first payment I made and cashed it with no intentions on giving it to me, it was from the lender with my name, guess protocol for the lender to send to dealer who is supposed to give to customer. I had to get the lender to contact dealer to get my money from the check. They are by far the worst! And will take full advantage of you More
